Q:  How often should I clean my cassette duplicator?

A:  It will depend on what type of tapes are used. If high quality duplicator-grade tapes are used, we suggest a complete tape path cleaning (heads, capstan shaft, pinch roller and guides) every 25-30 tapes. A quick wipe of the record/playback head every 10-15 tapes will insure best quality.

Q:  How about demagnetization of my duplicator?

A:  Normally, once a week is fine. Make sure you use a good quality demagnetizer.
